Forced Medical Insurance Will Violate The Faith Of Many.

Believe me, the poison pill being issued by the Obama National Health-Care Scheme is a forced Governmental mandate on those who by their religious beliefs refuse to use modern medicine.

To begin with, forcing a Government run National Health-Care plan upon certain sectors of religious communities is not only blasphemy to some, but is a death knoll to their faith. Millions of U.S. Citizens, exercising their religious rights, refuse to receive or participate in any form of medical treatment because their faith prohibits such practices.

In essence, the demand of the Government that all Citizens will obey their edicts is sending shivers of concern throughout some faith communities. Elders, Priests, Clerics and Rabbis view such a Government directive as a definitive crushing of the Godly under the boot heel of Godless totalitarianism.

Thus, the liberal autocratic machine is rolling over those they have loudly proclaimed as the ones: “which need our protection.”

How easy it seems to the new governmental order to waive the flag of religious freedom for all in one hand while with the other hand it creates devastating laws, which disembowel the individual’s right to religion. They loudly bellow: “we will protect your religion with the full faith and credit of the Constitution” while actually they are destroying the very sacred fiber of our beloved nation.

Remember this; it was the yearning for religious freedom, which brought the first settlers here from Europe.

Is Plymouth Rock to be quietly bulldozed into the sea? Shall the power of the State simply sweep aside the religious practices of millions of faithful U.S. Citizens in the name, not of GOD, but for the greater good for the greatest number?

Paying for the forced government National Health-Care mandate will violate the very souls of those who trust the First Amendment right to freedom of religion and bear in their bosoms a special knowledge of the most high.

How convenient to say: “We are progressives! We believe in a living Constitution” while recklessly denying the very purpose of the Constitution and the true meaning of who we are as a people.

What about the Amish, Mennonites, Christian Science, many devout members of the 7th Day Adventists, certain groups in the Church of the Latter Day Saints and other religious organizations? What will they do as their rights are extinguished?

How can Religious refugees, who have found sanctuary in America, both Orthodox and Neo-Scientists, come to grips with such an anti-God concept of intrusive secular mandated health-care?

The Government will view the religious sector as obstacles to their National agenda of categorizing and numbering everyone including Brothers and Sisters in the faith.

Who will be patient 666? Or is it Doctor 666? Will you wear your government medical I.D. bracelet, around your wrist or around your head with your medical chip dangling on your forehead?

This is nothing new, this is the same mind-set, which forced the great immigration from across the world to our beloved America. The same stance of shoving aside religious beliefs by an out-of-control government creates a flash-point of ignition setting off another historical Reformation or religious revolt.

Make no mistake, when given the choice between God or Country, God is still the winner! Ever wonder why Mr. Obama has insisted that America is no longer a Christian nation? Is it because by making a positive theological statement, he aligns himself with the religious communities and thereby the agenda of National Health-care would be stymied.

To top it off, many orthodox zealots from all faiths possess a firm belief that any form of manmade medical practice is blasphemy. While others believe, scripture condemns certain practices such as blood transfusions.

At this point, the government run health-care scheme begins to crush the religious rights of those U.S. Citizens who hold true to their core beliefs.

Who will stand up for the Amish, who due to their religious beliefs, lack the voice to object?

Who will say NO to the Washington beast as it plans to crush Religious disciples, forcing them into unscriptural medical practices, which will damn their souls and destroy their belief system?

Who has the gumption to stand up to the machine and say:

“Our rights are greater than your demands upon us!”

Who shall speak for those who quietly believe in humble practice?

Who shall face down the Washington tyrants as they promote themselves to God-Hood?

What man or woman has the intestinal fortitude to look the beast in the eye and say:

“Back to the flames of hell from whence you have crawled!”

Is there a man, in America who will stand tall for all those silent believers who are about to be forced to disobey their directive from almighty God and say to the beast:

“NO, WASHINGTON, LEAVE US ALONE!”

We won’t let Washington force the Godly into a plan that dishonors their faith and their bodies.

Is it time for a Holy Rebellion?

Will the faithful be forced to say: “We will disobey the Almighty.” Will religious rights be swept under the carpet of the autocratic medical machine as Godless Theocrats plan the “cradle to grave” provisions trampling religious rights and disemboweling eternal principles?

Or will the Godly say: We cannot dishonor our eternal directives given to us from the hand of God. We will not allow the Washington horde to mold men and women of faith into their own personal human image. No, We Won’t.

And for those who have chosen not to believe in a higher power I say: get in line, saddle up, receive the government medical mark and hope the government finally is right about something.

Some of those who read this letter will be offended, while others choose not to believe such tripe, however, what if Minuteman Steve is right?

You cannot deny there are some in society who cling to a belief system that does not trust manmade medicine or government run health-care!

Do you agree with me… Godly people have the right to believe in their God the way they see fit? It is the responsibility of all U.S. Citizens to protect each others religious rights.

I am going to stand with those who have no voice, those religious folk who will never obey the government mandates, who have pledged their souls to a higher power. What about you?

I am not asking for a theological belief or endorsement of any religion, just the fact the American people must retain their right to believe what they choose to believe. Furthermore, the government must not force anyone to disobey their personal religious beliefs.

Where do you stand? Will you stand with me for those who have no voice?

Progressives are the ones who leaped us into a “war to end all wars,” the end of which brought about the rise of Adolf Hitler. Progressives are responsible for this country having ever been segregated. Progressives are the ones who created the idea of an American Empire, and later a global authority that is referred to as the New World Order, but we know it as the United Nations. Progressives caused every economic collapse the United States has ever seen from 1920 to 2010. Progressives broke the back of the US automakers, and created our dependence on foreign oil.

Progressives think that they are the ones with the answers, and they are. It’s just that the answers that they have are all wrong. Progressives believe in the concept of “too big to fail” in a country that has always celebrated the little guy, the underdog.

Progressives believe that the planetary climate is changing because of mankind’s activity despite all of the evidence to the contrary. Progressives believe that life is not a competition when it comes to success, which is precisely why they always try to lock people into their political or demographic classes. Progressives believe that government and men can give rights when those rights are granted to each of us at birth by God.

Progressives are Godless, and they are Soulless. Most of all, they are hypocrites. For a Progressive, any law to control people is okay, so long as it doesn’t apply to them. For a Progressive, it is better to live in safety as a slave than to live in danger with Liberty. Progressives feel they are entitled to all of the best that life has to offer whether or not they contribute to their own success. Progressives are the cancer, the plague that will eventually destroy mankind and any remote concept of Freedom.

Progressives don’t believe in the American Dream because they have never lived a life without it. To quote Eddie Murphy from the movie A Vampire in Brooklyn, “If every day is a sunny day, then what’s a sunny day?” American Progressives have no understanding of the sacrifices that the men and women of previous generations have made so these spoiled little brats could live in the decadence that they live in, and since only 2 million of them will ever have served in the military in war, most of them never will.

We see the sorry state of affairs most of the rest of the world is in. We know what it is that makes their people suffer. Every nation in abject poverty has this in common: No Liberty. They are not permitted the right to disagree with the people in power. You want examples? Iran and Venezuela for starters. In fact, add the whole Middle East. Add to that China, the strangest anomaly ever. There is capitalism in China, but only at the State level. Their people suffer tremendously, but seem to have embraced their lot in life. At least, if you believe MSNBC, then they have.

Progressivism is just another word for Avarice. It is the unbridled desire for power and wealth at the expense of others. Progressivism is exactly what Progressives accuse Capitalism of being: Greed. In fact, it is worse, because Progressivism is also Envy, Gluttony, Lust, Sloth, Wrath and Vanity.

George Soros is funding the United Nations Gun Control treaty, and Hillary Clinton is pushing this agenda. Our Congress would have to ratify this treaty, and from what I understand, this treaty is unbreakable if Congress does ratify it. Now that plans are being finalized for the trial in New York starting May 14th, Obama supporters are starting to get nervous. The fact that Manning can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Barack Obama never attended Columbia University, at least not in any capacity as a student, is not what the Obots want to hear.

Manning contends “no one, absolutely no one, remembers Obama from Columbia.”
Fox News did an interview with 400 Columbia ex-students and all they got were shrugs when asked about knowing Obama.

Small bits of information were circulated around the internet trying to build some kind of defense for Obama during the election period. You hear the stories about the “Pakistani” roommate and the piece from Phil Boerner who says he roomed with Obama at 104th Street. Then there is the 2-page article in the Sundial (student newspaper) that Obama supposedly wrote while at Columbia. Finally, you have the ex-professor Michael Barone who graded one of Obama’s papers at Columbia.

In reality, the sum total of these bits and pieces still come up way short of proving anything. Such information does not build a solid case demonstrating Obama ate, slept, worked and studied for 2 years at Columbia in order to receive the degree that was awarded him.

All the information on this video has been discussed at length, and why it did not get out before the election is mystifying. In the book Muslim Brotherhood it talks about documents that were identified at the CAIR headquarters in discussing the large amount of monies raised for Barack Obama and the Democratic Party. As such, they were asking that Barack Obama bring Khalid Sheikh Mohammed back to New York for the trials in return for their support. Well, Barack Obama is trying to keep his promise to the Hamas backed CAIR… how special is that?

The Democratic Party pundits in Washington like to spout off how Bush tried the terrorists in Civilian courts but they do not talk about the real fact that George Bush fought congress for almost 8 years to get military trials, and finally in 2008 Congress (including Barack Obama) passed a law allowing for military trials of enemy combatants.

It is no wonder we are now seeing blue dog Democrats deserting like rats from a sinking ship because they are now seeing the light.

An Obama executive order that creates a council of state governors who will work with the feds to expand military involvement in domestic security, together with PDD 51, a Bush era executive order that gives the President dictatorial power in times of national emergency, eliminate the last roadblocks to declaring martial law in the United States.

It should be strongly noted the decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

In other words, this act would not give Congress any oversight, no rights for business or people to take any legal or civil actions.  And it basically tells the American people to go fornicate themselves.

The new order, which is entitled Establishment of the Council of Governors (PDF), creates a body of ten state governors directly appointed by Obama who will work with the federal government to help advance the “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States”.

The governors will liaise with officials from Northcom, Homeland Security, the National Guard as well as DoD officials from the Pentagon “in order to strengthen further the partnership between the Federal Government and State governments,” according to the executive order.

The exective order combines seamlessly with Presidential Decision Directive 51 to hand Obama dictator status in times of declared, and not necessarily genuine, national emergency.

In May 2007, former President George W. Bush sparked much alarm by openly declaring himself to be a dictator in the event of a national emergency under provisions that effectively nullify the U.S. constitution, but such an infrastructure has been in place for over 70 years and this merely represented a re-authorization of martial law powers.

Legislation signed on May 9, 2007, declares that in the event of a “catastrophic event”, the President can take total control over the government and the country, bypassing all other levels of government at the state, federal, local, territorial and tribal levels, and thus ensuring total unprecedented dictatorial power.

Secretary of Homeland Security in charge of domestic “security”, was signed earlier without the approval or oversight of Congress and seemingly supercedes the National Emergency Act which allows the president to declare a national emergency but also requires that Congress have the authority to “modify, rescind, or render dormant” such emergency authority if it believes the president has acted inappropriately.

These new powers have now been handed over to President Obama, allowing him, along with a body of councillors personally selected by him, to declare martial law without there necessarily being a genuine national emergency, greasing the skids for U.S. troops and National Guard to conduct domestic policing of the American people.

In October 2008, Northcom, a Unified Combatant Command of the United States military based out of Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, was assigned the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team returning from Iraq. An alarming September 8 Army Times report which was later denied after it sparked controversy stated that the troops would be used by Northcom to deal with “civil unrest and crowd control” in the aftermath of a national emergency.

The Obama executive order states that governors will help advise the feds on National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities.

The fact that the order further blurs the lines between state and federal power, as well as greasing the skids for more military involvement in domestic affairs has stoked fears that Obama may be laying the groundwork for his promised “national civilian security force”.

In July 2007, Congressman Peter DeFazio (D – OR) was asked by his constituents to see what was contained within the classified portion of the White House’s plan for operating the government after a terrorist attack.

Since DeFazio also sits on the Homeland Security Committee and has clearance to view classified material, the request would have appeared to be routine, but the Congressman was unceremoniously denied all access to view the documents, and the White House wouldn’t even give an excuse as to why he was barred.

“I just can’t believe they’re going to deny a member of Congress the right of reviewing how they plan to conduct the government of the United States after a significant terrorist attack,” DeFazio told the Oregonian.

“We’re talking about the continuity of the government of the United States of America,” DeFazio says. “I would think that would be relevant to any member of Congress, let alone a member of the Homeland Security Committee.”

“Maybe the people who think there’s a conspiracy out there are right,” DeFazio concluded.

Conservatives and libertarians responded to the announcement by expressing their suspicion that Obama is preparing to give governors their marching orders in targeting “anti-government” types that have long been characterized as a terrorist threat by the feds in numerous reports stretching back over a decade.

“There is a definite purpose to this,” wrote one commenter on the popular Free Republic website, “The initial steps toward a domestic “Civilian Security Force” in each state, as called for by the fascisti during the campaign. It will be coordinated at the state level, under the authority of DHS and DoD and assorted agencies. The provision will be made for it to be “federalized” in an emergency, as is the National Guard.”

“This is a concrete step toward eliminating the independent authority and dissolving the sovereignty of the several States. It lays the groundwork for the end of the United States as a Republic,” she adds.

Others warn that Obama could be preparing to cancel elections under the justification of a national emergency, a fear that was often expressed when Bush was in office but one that never materialized.

However, the executive order clearly represents another assault on Posse Comitatus, the 1878 law that bars the military from exercising domestic police powers, which was temporarily annulled by the 2006 John Warner National Defense Authorization Act before parts of it were later repealed.

President Obama’s health-care bill is now moving toward final passage. The policy issues may be coming to an end, but the legal issues are certain to continue because key provisions of this dangerous legislation are unconstitutional. Legally speaking, this legislation creates a target-rich environment. We will focus on three of its more glaring constitutional defects.

First, the Constitution does not give Congress the power to require that Americans purchase health insurance. Congress must be able to point to at least one of its powers listed in the Constitution as the basis of any legislation it passes. None of those powers justifies the individual insurance mandate. Congress’s powers to tax and spend do not apply because the mandate neither taxes nor spends. The only other option is Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce.

Congress has many times stretched this power to the breaking point, exceeding even the expanded version of the commerce power established by the Supreme Court since the Great Depression. It is one thing, however, for Congress to regulate economic activity in which individuals choose to engage; it is another to require that individuals engage in such activity. That is not a difference in degree, but instead a difference in kind. It is a line that Congress has never crossed and the courts have never sanctioned.

In fact, the Supreme Court in United States v. Lopez (1995) rejected a version of the commerce power so expansive that it would leave virtually no activities by individuals that Congress could not regulate. By requiring Americans to use their own money to purchase a particular good or service, Congress would be doing exactly what the court said it could not do.

Some have argued that Congress may pass any legislation that it believes will serve the “general welfare.” Those words appear in Article I of the Constitution, but they do not create a free-floating power for Congress simply to go forth and legislate well. Rather, the general welfare clause identifies the purpose for which Congress may spend money. The individual mandate tells Americans how they must spend the money Congress has not taken from them and has nothing to do with congressional spending.

A second constitutional defect of the Reid bill passed in the Senate involves the deals he cut to secure the votes of individual senators. Some of those deals do involve spending programs because they waive certain states’ obligation to contribute to the Medicaid program. This selective spending targeted at certain states runs afoul of the general welfare clause. The welfare it serves is instead very specific and has been dubbed “cash for cloture” because it secured the 60 votes the majority needed to end debate and pass this legislation.

A third constitutional defect in this ObamaCare legislation is its command that states establish such things as benefit exchanges, which will require state legislation and regulations. This is not a condition for receiving federal funds, which would still leave some kind of choice to the states. No, this legislation requires states to establish these exchanges or says that the Secretary of Health and Human Services will step in and do it for them. It renders states little more than subdivisions of the federal government.

This violates the letter, the spirit, and the interpretation of our federal-state form of government. Some may have come to consider federalism an archaic annoyance, perhaps an amusing topic for law-school seminars but certainly not a substantive rule for structuring government. But in New York v. United States (1992) and Printz v. United States (1997), the Supreme Court struck down two laws on the grounds that the Constitution forbids the federal government from commandeering any branch of state government to administer a federal program. That is, by drafting and by deliberate design, exactly what this legislation would do.

The federal government may exercise only the powers granted to it or denied to the states. The states may do everything else. This is why, for example, states may have authority to require individuals to purchase health insurance but the federal government does not. It is also the reason states may require that individuals purchase car insurance before choosing to drive a car, but the federal government may not require all individuals to purchase health insurance.

This hardly exhausts the list of constitutional problems with this legislation, which would take the federal government into uncharted political and legal territory. Analysts, scholars and litigators are just beginning to examine the issues we have raised and other issues that may well lead to future litigation.

America’s founders intended the federal government to have limited powers and that the states have an independent sovereign place in our system of government. The Obama/Reid/Pelosi legislation to take control of the American health-care system is the most sweeping and intrusive federal program ever devised. If the federal government can do this, then it can do anything, and the limits on government power that our liberty requires will be more myth than reality.

Many citizens in this great country, mostly young adults and liberals, do not comprehend (or do and don’t care) how fundamentally, remarkably and negatively President Obama is transforming America, right before our very eyes. Like my teacher and mentor, Dennis Prager, I believe America is the greatest country in the history of the world because of very specific and unique values we hold so dearly. Most important among these values is the American Trinity (which Dennis explains in detail below): E Pluribus Unum (from many one), God and Liberty. And in my opinion, liberty is paramount. President Obama and the liberal Congress are corroding these values, unlike any US Government in history.

By massively expanding the size and scope of the government, Obama is taking more power and freedom out of the hands of the American people, and giving it to the government. By raising taxes, Obama is reducing, perhaps, our greatest rights as American citizens and humans; private property and the right to do what one please with the fruits of their labor. By pushing cap and trade legislation, Obama is reducing the freedom with which American businesses can operate. By advocating socialized healthcare, Obama is putting 1/6th of the entire GDP into the hands of the government, essentially ruining our healthcare system; a system that is no doubt flawed and in need of improvements, but inarguably the greatest healthcare system in the world.

Furthermore, by not participating in the National day of prayer, the President is sending a signal that God does not play an important role in our country. This is nothing new, as the left has long abandoned the idea that God plays a pivotal role in American exceptionalism, as lefty organizations such as the ACLU attack God and religion every chance they get — promoting the outlaw of an optional moment of silence to be held in public schools, and demanding the words, “under God” be stripped from the pledge of allegiance. It was with the utmost intention that the second paragraph of the declaration of independence states:

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.” It is obvious what the founders intended when they used the word “creator.” Americans get our rights directly from G-d, not from the government. Once God is taken out of the picture then natural rights and liberty are tenuous and left up to the whim of politicians. This is one of the main reasons Communist countries were, and still are, synonymous with secularism and totalitarianism, as the all encompassing government crowds out the necessity of God and natural rights.

Yes, that’s right, we as Democrats voted for change in 2008, and change is precisely what we’re getting.
